At Stardust Creations, we carefully package every order to make sure your items arrive safely and ready to enjoy. As many of our products are handmade and personalised, please allow the processing time stated on your product listing before your order is shipped.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days.

Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any estimated processing time will be stated on the relevant product listing.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that processing times do not include postage time.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where tracking is available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the postal service used.

Please allow additional time during:

• Public holidays

• Christmas and other busy periods

• Sales and promotional periods

• Severe weather events

• Postal or courier delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside of Stardust Creations' control once your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to Stardust Creations, additional postage may be required before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All orders are packaged carefully before being sent.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact Stardust Creations as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you with the delivery provider's tracking and investigation process.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If an item does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply to your purchase, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
