Welcome to Stardust Creations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Stardust Creations

Stardust Creations is a small handmade and personalised business. Many of our products are made to order and may be personalised specifically for you.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, placement, finish or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products.

2. Orders

Please carefully check all order details before submitting your order, including:

• Name and spelling

• Personalisation details

• Colours and designs

• Sizes and product options

• Delivery address

Once an order has been accepted and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for personalised or made-to-order products.

Stardust Creations is not responsible for mistakes in personalisation where the incorrect information was supplied by the customer.

3. Payment

Full payment may be required before an order is started unless otherwise agreed.

Orders will not be commenced until payment has been received or an alternative payment arrangement has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment has not been received within the agreed timeframe.

4. Custom & Personalised Products

Custom and personalised products are created specifically for the customer.

Please make sure all information supplied to us is correct before placing your order. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and other personalised information.

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns may not be available. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Product Colours & Appearance

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screens, monitors and the materials used.

Handmade products may also have small variations from product photographs or previous orders.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your product matches the design or description provided.

6. Processing & Turnaround Times

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, availability of materials and whether the item is made to order
